Request checklist
Clean data are the prerequisite for a fast delivery of a faultless product.
Our standard delivery time is 15 working days. 1-20 pcs. provided that the material can be procured. However, we are also able to produce larger quantities with short lead time. Depending on the complexity and variety of components, several thousand.
In order to provide you with a quotation as quickly as possible, it helps us a lot if you send us a parts list with manufacturer part numbers. For standard parts such as capacitors and resistors, we use our stock components, as long as they have the required specification.
Preferably note the Tape & Reel manufacturer part no. directly. in the parts list.
Please mark not fitted components with DNP (do not place) or “not fitted”.
We prefer the tanner or ODB++ data. Unless there is a specification data sheet of the PCB, we assume 1.6mm, 35u copper and HAL lead free or ENIG depending on the complexity of the PCB.
The placement plan is mainly used to get clarity about the respective polarities of the components. Designators should be clear and legible.
Pick data is generated as a TXT file in most layout programs. Whether “mil” or “mm”, we will convert the data to the required format.
The pick & place data are not valid as reference. I.e. if an item is in the P&P data but not in the BOM, the part will not be assembled. The reference is always the parts list.
If we procure the PCBs ourselves, you do not need to pay any attention to this. However, if you provide the PCBs in the panel, we need the generated data from your manufacturer or a panel drawing with exact dimensions. We usually make reductions or enlargements ourselves.

The company
The company QUICK-PICK AG was founded in 2017 by Andreas Eberle. After many years of experience in the assembly industry, it has been shown time and again that there is a high demand for a service with short delivery times.
In order to meet the constantly growing price and time pressure of the economy, our processes are optimized as best as possible and production steps are optimized as best as possible.
We already have a high degree of automation in our processes, which is constantly being developed and expanded. This enables us to achieve maximum efficiency, from purchasing to warehouse management and production.
Our ERP system is directly connected to the placement machine, which makes the setup of the machine much easier. All articles are identified via barcode and directly linked to the pick-and-place machine via an intelligent feeder system.
